The attack bar is indicated by the red arrow.
The Attack Value is the value added to the damage of all damaging Actions when you use them. You can see your attack value as a bar besides the Health bar. Your attack value can go up to 100, and it can be raised through actions and/or Gadgets. There are also several actions and Signets to reduce attack (but never below 0). Each damaging hit against your opponent will lower your attack value by 10.
